Stupidest thing ive done lately was today. I went to the scrap yard to look for some parts for my car and my gf's car, she came with. Any ways, this big fat guy was wanting a mirror off a car, piled ontop of another car..So i told him i would climb up..so i go 2 climb up, but i needed to open the door, well to my supprise, inside of this mazda, some one had stuffed an inifinty motor, some shocks, pistons, etc..and it was all piled up..so im standing under the door, i open it(on my tip toes), door opens, and WHAM! I get hit in the face really really hard by somethin..didnt know what it was..so i automaticly just like lost all feeling in my face..i felt like i was gonna puke and then my face just killed. Sure enough when i got calm again..i look on the ground..some one put a connecting rod right up against the door so when some one would open it would fall. So all in all, i had a connecting rod out of some inifiy motor drop on my face, might have broken my nose(happened around 2:15, its now 10:32 and my nose still kills), scratched my fav sunglasses nicely and is causin alot of pain. Frankly i looked like a moron, but it wasnt even my fault.
So, what have you done lately that made u look like an a$$?? |

I was installing an MSD ingintion and I was messing around with the coil pack. So I told my friend to crank the car to see if it would spark, then BAM! 40,000 volts and I was on the ground shaking. Wasn't fun.

ive got a few goodies:
i hooked up the battery terminals on my car wrong, blew the alternator fuse then i hooked up my moms battery terminals wrong TWICE and blew two different alternator fuses. (her power wire is black, stupid ford) chucky also left my friends multimeter on my exhaust manifold and i melted it when i turned my car on, stupid me for not checking the engine bay. yeah.. tell me those dont make you feel stupid after doing a complete engine swap.. none car related, i drank 3.5 fourties and chugged some smirnoff vodka, woke up laying on my back fully clothed, no covers, facing the opposite direction of all my pillows, shoes on, and my bedroom door was locked. i dont remember going to bed, god, i love college. |

Heh brian, the other day I was at a party at my friend's place. I remember going outside, being in an alley, making toast, waking up.
Gotta love when you remember details but not events. Hopefully I had a lot of fun.... -------------------- "Somebody give me a fire...so I can burn this city down." - Widespread Panic

QUOTE(axelrduvirage @ Apr 17, 2006 - 6:50 AM) tried CONCERTA as a party favour on friday...great idea if you don't want to sleep for 24hrs yeah that stuff is for kidss with ADD, if u take it, and dont have ADD, u just go nuts, and dont sleep. oh and the stupidest thing ive done... take your pick. 1. Thinking the celica was cool from a drive, and changed the oil (hot oil + hand = burns) 2. thinking that a insulation stapler wouldnt staple my brother's pants to his legs (boy was i wrong) 3. Telling a girl how i felt, not honestly knowing how she felt (yeh she was like, "aw cute, you have a crush," that made me feel really good) edit: the second one i can elaborate on if anyone is interested. sorry to get your hopes up, but i typoed. It was an insulation stapler. not as hardcore as a roofing one, but, still fun.
We redid the roof on the back porch (enclosed) last summer, and i helped my dad. when we took the roof off, it rain, and even with a tarp the insulation still got wet, so we replaced it. My dad got pissed at how long it was taking with the hand held industrial strenght staplers, so he took a trip to Home Depot and got 2 industrial strength stick staplers. (im at class now, but when i get home maybe ill grab a picture to show what it looks like) Hes like "hold up the insulation next to the 2x4, and smack it with the stapler end." So i did, BAM, staples the insulation into the 2x4. Im like "sweeeet." 2 hours pass and the back porch is finally insulated. I was having a blast with the stapler.later that day, my brother did something that was pissing me off, like a normal occurance, but basicly i got pissed, we were in the back porch, he threw a hammer at me, i took out the stick stapler and hit him in the leg. Driving a 1/2" staple into his leg. (upper calf) The words and screaming that insued brought my parents into the back porch, and an onslaught of questions followed. "what were u thinking?" seemed to be the most predominate one. (seriously, if u have to ask that, u probally dont want the answer, but i answered it anyway) "well i wasnt" (now the metiphorical ****, hit the metiphorical fan) "what in gods name could he have done for you to have gotten mad enough to drive a staple into him!" "throw a hammer at me? a 2-1/2lbs hammer at me!" "DANTE!" (thats my brothers name) "WHAT!?" (screams in agony has he removes the staple from his leg) "you threw a hammer at him?" "yes" "ok then u deserve that staple in your leg" i just laughed. I wish i had a camera, how funny would it be to see someones pants, stapled to there leg? maybe i should do it again? lol (not a great story, but if u were there, quite hillarious after words. One of those stories that gets told at all the family get togethers.) -------------------- Kawi Love |

too f'ing funny...
as a parent who has to ask "what were you thinking?" quite often I have to agree with the "you deserved it" response. that having been said just remember...it's all fun and games until someone looses an eye! -------------------- |
