Clutchmasters Stage 3. Pedal feel just like stock. Grips very hard - much harder than stock but thats all I have to compare it to. I paid about $450 shipped. I love it and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

spec stage 3 is the best way to go. Best feel holds a ton of power seems to get the best reviews... The other popular brand is act... I would only recommend it if your track use only they make a 4 puck and a 6 puck they release to quick for a daily driveable car.

Act? Only if you have a bionic leg. thumbsdown.gif

As for Spec vs. Clutchmasters, do a search on www.mr2oc.com and you will see what people think of the clutches. What you will find is that both generally have good reviews but there are several instances of people with Spec that have chattering problems.

I run a stage 1 Helix organic plate with a HKS light flywheel. Clutch pressure feels stock, it engages well and it copes with near 300bhp hitting 4 big fat sticky tyres with no problems.

Blitz Spec NUR Exhaust, somewhere over $1000
Needing another one 18000 miles later, bloody annoying.
