I'll post pics in a bit (as i just managed to drag myself out of bed), but heres what I got...
1: Optima Yellow top batt
2: Kenwood KDC-X790 head unit
3: Infinity Reference Component speakers (Both for front and rear)
4: Infinity Reference 10 subwoofer w/ Custom made box
5: Kenwood 500rms watt amp

I'll probably upgrade the wiring (power and ground) to either 2g-0g, as I'm at a 4g right now and bust fuses anytime i crank the amp up (at the output source). Its pretty loud but primarily clear as hell. comments/suggestions are welcomed and again i'll post pics in a bit here.

Pretty good setup. I see no reason for you blowing fuses, right now u have 4ga so thats about 60A of draw from ur alternator. If u go 2 or 0ga u will be able to draw anywhere from 80 to 125A which is good if you have an aftermarket alternator, but if u dont your alternator might die pretty fast if u like to play constant bass.
By the way I had Kenwood 500Watt at 4ohms to 1ch amp in my celi about 5 month ago and it never blew any fuses, and I was running 5ga wire. So I am pretty sure that there is something wrong with your wiring. Right now I am running JBL B1200.1 amp which is rated at 1200watt RMS at 2ohm's (I dont get all 1200watts because of my 5ga limitation) but I do get everything my 5ga can give me and I never blew any fuses.

 im thinking of going over all the wiring inside the box to make sure its all still solidly connected. possibly redo the ground connection.
