Trust Knobs, All of them fit? Options

I was looking around on Ebay and I found a Trust knob for I think it was 10 bucks.

I want to go ahead and get it, but He doesn't specify what the thread pattern is, and when I asked him he said he doesnt know, but he does know that it fits most Hondas...

So.... would it be safe to assume this will not thread onto the Celi?

i heard sumwer that the toyota thread is different to most other cars an thats why alot of gear knobs dont fit. i dunno if its true or not, probs best off not buyin it uless they say itll fit for sure

Just a word of warning, those knobs get incredibly hot in the sun. I've had to take off my shirt and wrap it around the shift knob in order to drive home after work in the summer.

nevermind then, i was looking at buying this too...but it was 100 degrees yesterday, so I think ima go with something else. What is it about toyotas thread that makes it different?

I have this knob also, its a great accent for the interior and I love the way it feels.

Like Coomer said it does get pretty hot....I usually just keep a knit winter hat in my car during the summer and use that over it when its really hot. Works fine for me, and if its really unbearable for some reason I keep the stock shift knob right in my glovebox.

I ordered mine from Nopi and it screwed right on to the factory threads. Usually a Honda diameter shift lever is very thin compared to Toyota assemblies, so go to this link if you want to buy one.

These shift knobs have 2 sizes, one for Toyota/.../..., and one that are another common thread size. So you need to make sure its the 12x1.25mm thread for it to fit.
