Im wondering how a dealership can sell a car that cant pass smog and inspection...cuz arent 3s' just about illegal? Its a nice car though. It just seems like somethings not all there for them to sell this.

Yeah its funny how it says nothing about being a 3sgte swap. The hoodscoop does look nice, not easy to do that.
