This is pretty much how I am going to make mine. I have the same muffler.
The only thing I am wondering is once I put the engine and started up, how am I going to get it to the muffler shop. It would be too damn loud. would the car even run? -------------------- |

car will run just fine. it will just be loud. thats how all of us got our cars to the exhaust shop.

naw, you can get a least 4-5yrs out of them. a lot of it depends on where you live and how often it snows. i already went through one winter with mine, and i really doubt it will rust to all hell in the next 2-3months, when it has zero rust on it now.
