I saw a brand new mustang that was black with smoked out tailights the other day... It was amazing!
I like smoked out tailights... i think theyre neat! but on a silver car... It would look good, but I dunno... Not outstanding IMO... but then again I'd havta see it to judge Im sure itd look great tho... -------------------- 2003 Nissan Murano SE |

QUOTE(TheStreetzKing @ Apr 25, 2006 - 2:58 PM) are smoked tails illegal?? As long as you can still adequately see the lights then no. But if they are too dark to see the lights then yes they are illegal. Also keep in mind that you need to still be able to see the color of the indicator lights and the stop lights. -------------------- Buy my Celica $2,500 - http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=76562&st=0

It also varies from state to state so check your local laws too This post has been edited by Batman722: Apr 25, 2006 - 4:59 PM -------------------- |

i know you can buy the spray for it, it's like, clean with alcohol (to get all the dirt and crap off) then it's something like 4 applications of this spray...or, you can do like my boy that has a integra gs-r, he had them painted along with his heads. it looked sexy, and it was on a escalade pearl white integra!

my friend and I just took black spray paint and mixed it with paint thinner. Then just paint on a few coats until its the darkness you want.
