Hi!

When I last ordered brakepads from Toyota, the pads was wrong, too big.
So I found a partnumber here on 6gc.net and it turned out that those pads were correct.
Not to long ago, I decided to get me some EBC greenstuff pads. The problem is that
those pads are also too big! Anybody here got Greenstuff pads that may have had the same
problem? I'm getting tired of too big brakepads! Any help would be great smile.gif

hi eliaz.

I have just changed the front pads on my 94 GT and your old ones look very similar to mine. And the green ones look very similar to the ones that didn't fit on mine.

It was 3rd time lucky for my pads. (1st ones were half an inch to short in the length, 2nd ones the slider bits were too wide like on your green ones and the 3rd ones were just right, Sounds like little red riding hood haha) Looking in the shops suppliers catalogue there were 2 different types, one that was suitable for a 94-99 and one that was suitable for a 93 and upwards. Mine ended up being the 93 and upwards ones, not the 94 like you would expect.

Hope it helps.

Helped alot, thank you vsideboy! smile.gif
The EBC man found the right pads for me,
though it wasn't for a Celica at all. Can't remember what he said, but they were for a different Toyota. Oh well.

I can think of 2 things

You have a ST and ordered GT brake pads
You have a GT and ordered GT4 brake pads

Or you just have bad luck frown.gif
