This post illustrates how to use the new user feedback system. The steps are below.
  1. Find the transaction topic in the Buying/Selling forum.
Once you've found it, find the user you plan to leave feedback for and click the feedback score underneath their post details, as shown below.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  2. Click the Add Feedback link, as shown below.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  3. Fill out the Feedback Form
Select whether you were the buyer, seller, or if the transaction was a trade.
Then select whether the transaction experience was good, bad, or neutral.
Then copy and paste the entire transaction topic URL into the transaction.
Finally, type a short comment into the comment field and submit the form.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  4. Success! Now close the window.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  5. Refresh the original page, and you'll see a new feedback score.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  6. Click the link again to view your submitted feedback.
If there's a dispute about feedback, contact an administrator/moderator and we'll try to rectify the problem. However, if you complain because you got negative feedback and you actually deserved it, don't even bother because it'll just be a waste of your time and ours.

Abuse of the feedback system will be detected and will get you banned without warning.

That's really all there is to it. If you have questions, post them here or ask a administrator/moderator.

Thanks,
Christian Coomer

No, there has to be a transaction submitted with the form.

If a person just uses a random transaction that they weren't a part of, management will find out and will ban that person.

one is a suggestion which im not sure if it does this or not but when someone gets a PM saying so and so ahs left you feedback, what about a link to click that brings them to the form and has it all filled out and all you need to do is comment and submit? this would make the job easier as when you left feedbakc for people they could return the favor instantly

also the "too much feedback in 24 hours" thing is kind of a hassle IMO, im trying to leave feedback for users to catch up and doing 2 and stopping every 24 hours is going to be a pita..

That would be nice, I agree, but unfortunately, it would not be feasible to do programming-wise. It would involve re-writing the whole system.

Oops, I forgot that I had that small limit there for testing purposes. Now it's setup to have a limit of five. A limit is necessary to limit immediate damages in the event that someone spams the site.

this is an awesome idea now people will know whether or not to buy from someone....less of a gamble for them.....Cuz i know i have boughten from people before and been worried. This will help eliminate such stress.
