Hello all,
I don't have Air Conditioning in my little ST. Anyone know the best way to add it? ~J~ |

I'm having a hard time getting to that link. I have to join, and the join process doesn't seem to be automatic. Like someone has to put in my info manually?

its probably WAY more work and money then its worth. you have to take apart your whole dash, do wiring, assemble the system properly, whole bunch of stuff.
just sweat it out and roll the window down. AC really boggs down the 7afe anyways. -------------------- |

The Celica's dash looks a little more complex, but it's still the same idea - can't take more than a weekend. His kit cost about $800 shipped (realy quality stuff too). If it's less than $1000, and takes less than a weekend to do - I'm more than willing. ~J~ |

well if its worth it to you, then good luck. make sure you get it charged at a shop tho, those DIY cans are pretty crappy. they either dont have enough oil or too much oil and you wont get the proper charge into the system. i got my AC fixed and on an almost full charge (1.30lbs instead of the 1.37 it should be, but close enough) blows out cold air at 38F. its awesome!
enjoy your AC! -------------------- |
