Whats the minimum length they should be (so I dont spit out flames and set fire to stuff) and wheres a good / suitable place to route it to????

route it right back into the down pipe with its own flex section

no cat + turbo and you are going to blow flames (or at least pop one during heavy load shifts) unless you are running very lean.

doing a divored downpipe is kinda expensive. Mine rerouted back down to the ground but only cuz I wont shell out cash to cuz a flexpipe made. Lemme show you a pict of my dumptube.
