okay...well today i noticed my brakes are going out...so i was thiinking instead of just changing the pads should i just get new rotors also? and if so what suggestions does anybody have?

how any miles are on them, wouldnt hurt to get them trimmed or replaced since they are rather inexpensive.

The minimum rotor thickness specified by Toyota on the Celica is something like 21mm from memory(Don't quote me on that though). So long as the rotors aren't below the specified thickness, aren't cracked, pitted, warped etc, then the only reason to change them would be to upgrade.
Plenty of options out there - just stay away from the cheap x drilled ones you see on eBay. Other than that, it'll depend on your budget.

well my rotors are actually still in good shape...im just lookin to upgrade...and my budget is expandable at the moment...

A cheap but good upgrade is a BlackDiamond&Ferodo combo. I have used this for two trackday seasons, and am impressed compered to the original brakes.

The next step is a bigbrake kit...

My brakes were squeaking badly in the front and back. So I decided to buy new brakes and rotors for the front. next week ill buy new pads for the back. it was SUPER LOUD SQUEAKING!
