I haven't driven my celi since the end of feb. Clutch is gone, all my cash went to a home. So today i finish my header install(sounds awesome), but water is leaking out of the down pipe, oil is dark milky. FU**&%K!
Blown gasket I think. Has to be. Ok, I have been wanting to install a metal head gasket and detail some engine parts for a while now. How hard is the job? Anybody do it here? Its been 10 years since i changed a head gasket. What metal gasket do you recommend and while i have it apart any other thing i can do to make me faster? Thanks guys, save me from suicide. |

i used a wiseco mls headgasket for my rebuild. why dont just pull the whole motor and beef up your internals since youre going to be going s/c.

QUOTE(LewFX @ May 25, 2006 - 9:00 PM) how long did it take you to put it on? The header? I had to go to toyota and get the downpipe gasket and o2 gasket first, since the header does not come with it. You also got to supply your own hardware to mate the header with the downpipe. Took me about 2 hrs total. |
