lines are harder to do, but the actuall nozzle u can do with a paper clip. Sometimes if u wax the car or wash it, u can leave stuff in the nozzle that hardens and blocks the flow. Lines shouldnt get blocked unless you didnt put the strainer in when u added the washer fluid, and u got something like a piece of leaf in it. Im not sure how u'd clear the lines. When u click to spray does it make a noise like its trying to pump something? Also there could just be air in the line, and i know mine takes a second or too to spray out of the back, its not instantanous like the front ones.

I believe the rear washer jet only works when you have the front squirting.
try squirting the front and at the same time, switch on the rear. I will double check tomorrow. -------------------- |

Rayme - Wipers are useless as a whole, go invest in a big bottle of RainX

I will double check tomorrow. I belive you can just switch on the rear without doing the fronts at the same time. I had this problem also way back when. I just cleared the line by poking the hole with a needle (be careful though) and turned the rears on. I had to hold it on for about 30 secs+ and then it started to leak out. Yes...I said leak because mine doesn't spray in the rear. Anyone else's leak out and not spray in the rear too? |

I have the same problem as jcrog. The wiper wipes but no juice comes out. front workes fine. Didn't care enough to put to much effort into fixing it though...maybe if a fix is found i'll go do it

Mine too just runs down the window it doesn't squirt out.
Also when I use the rear washer it sets off the front wipers going too as if its shorting somewhere, so I have to spray the front first then spray the rear. I don't think that you can use the front and rear washers at the same time because I thought it was the same pump for both? |

I checked the hole on the rear window and it is fine no clogs...
I will try using both to see what happens and reply here. Also does anyone know if they are using the same pump? Because then it would mean it is a line or switch problem since my fronts work fine... This post has been edited by jcrog: May 22, 2006 - 9:28 AM |

I tried eveything...holding washer button, both the 3 and 4 positions (according to manual), everything...
and no result. any ideas???? Also they both use the same pump stated here: http://aarc.epnet.com/application/8959/895...asher_Motor.htm so it must be a line problem... This post has been edited by jcrog: May 22, 2006 - 1:19 PM |
