ok so if you all remember i had a tight fit with my front bumper on my car, now i think because the vehicle was in an accident before i got it, the headlight mounting areas are a little out of wack, my highbeams currently point to like 2 feet out in front of me, and there is a small gap between the bottom of the highbeam and the bumper, i tried adjusting them but the bubble in the level will not budge.

this leaves me to believe that my highbeams are angled down from the top bar they mount to and the bottom piece they mount to, because both of these pieces seem to be easily bendable

also my pass low beam seems to be angled a little bit to the right, meaning the gap is really tight on the lefthand side of the headlight and really big on the righthand side of the headlight

im pretty sure all of this was caused by a front end accident, do you all think i should take off the front bumper and try to adjust them or do you think it would be better left to a professional body shop?

Make sure your adjusting the screw the right direction.

If its indeed a problem with your frame you might wanna take the bumper off and put spacers on the bottom tabs.
