i just wanted to officially apologize to the people that have bought stuff from me over the past few months and had hellish shipping delays. i was having some personal problems and depression, and i was in a big transitional period in my life, all my friends graduating from college, but not me. i just wanted you all to know that i'm back on top of my stuff, my life on the upswing, and these things wonn't happen again.

anyway, especially jeremy, trey and scott, i am very sorry that your purchases were affected by this situation. if there is anything i can do for you guys, just let me know.

sincerely,
charlie

Totally, man. I wasn't involved in any of your deals, but I still respect you for being a member here. If there's anything you need to talk about, hit me up. I'm glad you're doing good!

Charlie,

Im glad to see someone has enough guts to apologize for their actions. If i would have known you was going through a depression i would have been more patient, i was just tryin to look out for myself on not being gyped. Your apology is accepted on my part im glad to hear that you are back on track. Later Charlie

hey charlie, I'm not a depression expert, but....

I was kinda out of it a while back ago, had no idea why, wouldnt say it was depression but kinda felt lethargic/bored. I started reading and found that a lot of environmental/physiological factors will effect your brain and how you feel, and events just make those brain/body imbalances more noticeable.

found my major problems were I wasnt getting enough sleep and sunlight deprivation (only 19 sunny days here so far this year). It was hard forcing my self to get to sleep early and get enough rest, still struggling, but I definitely notice a difference in my attitude during the day. Also even if its somewhat cloudy, I try to get some type of sunlight exposure each day.

Also, I read people have sleeping disorders and dont know bout it or have things that will cause them not to get the right amount of REM sleep. Like its to hot to cold, mattress is not comfortable, to much light in room, too much random noise ( like loud computer fans), bed bugs, sheets aren't soft. sounds like silly stuff, but it all adds up and people usually end up getting severely depressed and dont know why.

Hope this helps.

Rem sleep is the time in sleep where your mind processes the information that it wasn't able to process during the day. All your mental faculties are devoted to it. That's why sometimes you will become alert and not be able to move. Your mind is to busy to let you,,, what a crazy feeling.

Anyway, the more Rem sleep you get, the more information from the previous day you will be able to remember, and the better your memory will be for the next day until you experience Rem again.

= Jon the Psychologist.

Anyway, there is nobody on this page I respect more than charlie. i hope everything's allright.

I'm glad to hear your feeling better. Most people do suffer from clinical depression, and most of those people are able to get over it. Just beware though, if you see it happening often you need to seek help.
