I found these seats on ProCarParts.com, and they are ridiculously cheap for racing seats, and are universal, but the website does not offer the seat brackets for our car. I was wondering, if i get these seats, can i use brackets for another model toyota, or later model celica, or will the seats not fit without brackets made for a 94 celica.

no you have to have custom brackets made
and i wouldn't buy them anyways because they probably arn't certified and non-certified seats have shown to break nearly 8 times easilier then a certified seat in an accident aka non = break at 2gs of force cert. = 15-20gs |
