QUOTE(Batman722 @ Apr 14, 2006 - 2:24 AM) for the rear, the best is to use the GT-Four OEM rear strut bar. You can get it from Toyota dealerships - part # 53605-20020 perfect fit and made for these cars. I found the part number for the leather cover..
Cover, Package Tray Trim 64342-20160-C0 can somebody verify if that's correct? btw, ToyotaWorld has that listed for $156.67. That's insane considering I can just ask my mom to sew me one for free. just pay for parts (ie. leather material and fabric).. lol but yeah also, the GT-4 Rear Upper Strut bar costs $62.53 and the plastic trim covers are $12.20 each (need 2) -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

Does the Toyota strut bar improve handling? Or would it be a lot better to just spend a bit more on an aftermarket..OOOR will I really notice a huge difference at all?
Hate to sound like a newbie...but Just wondering if this bar is comparable to aftermarket. -------------------- "Somebody give me a fire...so I can burn this city down." - Widespread Panic

It improves handling a bit but cant say really how much since It was put on a day after I got my new Rims + with new tires. Looking at the quality of the GT4 strutbar I dont think spending that much more on a Cusco (or other brand) will be worth it. Unless you like the shine of blue/silver. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
