i went to a local audio shop, and bought the blue stuff by the foot.
i cant remember off the top of my head how much it was.. i bought good quality battery cable ends..and 4ga wire rings that were solder-on for the grounds. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

if you want to be safe, it's probably a good idea to use wire as fat as you can reasonably afford. when i was gathering pieces for my audio system, i got a good deal on 4awg cable from this place. you can pick up some 4 or 2awg for a pretty decent price per foot. my 4awg that i got from them is really flexible for how fat it is--i can easily tie it in a knot, so i'm sure if u were to get 2awg or even 0awg, it wouldn't be too hard to work with.
also, if you have a welder's supply shop anywhere nearby, you may be able to pick up some welder's cable from them or something. additionally, some ppl like to use lamp cable...but for me it's easiest to just order cable from the internet and have someone ship it to my door, rather than going around and actually looking for stuff -_-; peace |

im tempted to do this same set-up so i can free up some space in the engine bay, but after reading a thread about weight being better in the front than the back for a fwd it made me think twice..
what do you guys think? |

you won't notice a difference...
personally i used 0awg wire for better flow of current in my setup and grounded it to the strut tower...but that setup location is changing... advanced auto sold 0awg for a few $ a foot |
