Im looking for a way to make my dome lights fade. Is there anywhere where i can buy, or how to make this circuit (truthfully, i'd rather buy something because i dont RTFM)
Im working on fiberglassing my headliner and i want my plexiglass piece to fade in and out as my domelight -------------------- |

I've got a schematic at home. If I don't remember to post it tonight when I get home PM me and I will.

VR1 controls the time the light stays on. VR2 controls the brightness of the light. Transistor 2N3055 must have a heatsink attached. This post has been edited by WannabeGT4: Jun 29, 2006 - 5:25 PM -------------------- Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete... |

i just did a lil bench test, it doesn't quite work like i'd like. It does fade but way too fast. I'd need a bigger capacitor, probly way too big to make something not "getho". I was using a 3000uF
