im about to purchase some rims and im trying to decide on whether to get 17's or 18's and was wondering if any one had pics of their celi with rims without the car being lowered (since my ride isnt) so i could see the difference and size of wheel gaps, etc...thanks for any help.

I'm gettin 17's cuz personally, once you get any bigger than 17's the price starts to get ridiculous a usual jump for the same rims 17" to 18" is about $400 for the set, so $100 per rim. Plus i think bigger than 17's you get your tires to be a little too thin and the wheels start to look way too big for the car. but hey its totally your choice. I've seen celis w/ 18's that look really good and I've seen celis w/ 17's that look really good. depends on the look your goin for and how much cash you have to spend on rims. Or you could go to the other extreme. I've always wondered what a celi w/ 13" or 14" rims and some huge tires would look like wiggle.gif HA! But yea dude, there really isn't that much difference between 17's and 18's.

i always preferred 17's, 18+ look good on SUV's. that is just my opinion. 18's will slow you down because of the circumference. so, if you want looks and not loose ET, 17's are what you want

If the roads around you arent in the best shape you will def want 17's. 18's will just get trashed if you hit a pot hole or some decent size bump. I have 17's and there great and look good. You also get a little bit softer ride in the 17's. Check my profile to see my 17's

I have 18's with 215/40 tires. Check out my profile for pics. My car isn't dropped yet, so you should get an idea how it would look on your car.
