Just installed these 404 stlye sideskirts yesterday. The fit isn't perfect so I need to work on them still, and they need to be painted. Probably just primer black for awhile. I did manage to get the Celica washed, but have only taken a couple pictues in my driveway. I'll take some better ones when they are atleast black.

I was thinking of doing the same, I have a coupe also. Who did you buy it from, and what did it set you back? Also what were the fitment issues. I dont' want to get a front lip becuase even at the height the front is at now I occasionally will hit those cement parking blocks with the front. By the way your car would look nice with a spolier of sone type.

I purchased the skirts on ebay from a guy who had them sitting in his garage for $160 shipped. He sent them a week late and refunded $20, so actual cost was only $140. The fitment issues... they were about too 1/2" short, so i had to trim fiberglass where it wraps around the wheelwell, there is still some gaps where the skirts meet the car that need to be fixed. The only major problem is the back top part of the skirt sticks out like 1 or 2 inches. Not quite sure how i am goiing to fix that yet. Probably take them off and primer black them today. My coupe came stock with no sideskirts.

klr I can't get over how low those sideskirts are... in your profile you say
QUOTE
Intrax (1.75" drop) springs in front around 3" of coilover drop in rear

but it really doesn't look like there is a 1.25" difference between the front and back. How low have you dropped your car?

Anyway, looks good, but maybe they are too low for the front and back of your car now! Methinks you should save and get the whole kit, it would look amazing.

In the front i have the 1.75" Intax springs as mentioned and in the back I have some cheap ebay coiolvers that advertise (0-4"), but the max it can really drop the car is about 2.5" without cuting your strut apart. I also shaved about 1/2" off the bottom of the sleeve that fits on the strut to get it to around 3". The pictures are not very good angles or lighting. My bad. The front still has about 1.5" of gap or so. Wish it was a little lower but I like the ride of springs. The rear just barely tucks tire. maybe 1/4". I don't really have the money for the rest of a kit for now. Definetly get some wheels (18"s) before i get anymore body peices unless i come across a good deal again. i eventually want the Zephyr lip or the combat front. Then some nice rear skirts for the rear like Doggy's or something similar. I couldn't pass up $160 shipped for the skirts though. I'll get some better pics on here to show the difference in wheel gap. My car is actually somewhat clean right now except the bug guts.
