Hi guys! this is my 1st posting, but i'm seriously considering adding on a kit to my celi, and i thought i'd better check with the experts. i'm looking at an AIT Racing Veilside I Style Body Kit and since i'll be paying for shipping (to Africa!) and customs, i'm worried that it will not fit on my ST202 hatch (jap import).

Sport Compact Only

Most likely it should fit and you wont have any problems... smile.gif

Most celica body kits are designed to fit a hatchback, if I'm not mistaken...

since it's a cheaper replica it may not fit 100% without a few modifications to make it perfect, i bought mine from vis and the front was a direct fit, the sides needed a few small adjustments and the rear wasnt especially flush against the car so some modifications was needed,

i dont think you'll have any major problems to make it a rough fit it's the small adjustments where you may run into them, replicas can be heaven or hell to fit

yeah mine was one of the bad kits. I got mine off a friend, that got it from Extreme Dimensions. And it fit horribly. The kit was too wide, the kit did not even come close to the headlights, and it was just a PITA. however i went a little crazy so you can exspect to see a custom body kit style from me *hint hint* wink.gif

well, so far nothing positive. Thanks for all of the info. i want to make sure before i spend loads of cash because where i'm at, they're kind of lacking in the "skills" department so i don't think anyone here would be able to force a fit. Driving it over to South Africa is out of the question due to customs issues.
