A Couple days ago after a rain storm I notice this sappy little circle on my car. Stupidly I try to take it off with my windshield wipers only to have it smeared, since it was 1 am I forgot about it and now 2 days later its annoying the hell out of me and I can't get it off with simple spray and wipe with windex. I dont wanna use anything like a razor blade because I might leave little scratches and its right infront of the driver window so I would look at it everytime I drive, any suggestions on what to use or do to get this weird sappy stuff off of my windshielf which has now become somewhat hard.
Thanks for comments/suggestions.

hrm...personally..i'd say go w/ a razor...as long as you don't put the straight edge on the window like your CUTTING it...you won't scratch it...but if you just slide the blade along the window, you'll be fine, this is how i took off all my stickers, and how i get rid of really messin hard problems...other than that...iono, just load it up w/ windex or somethin....

yea same thing happened with me, i had sap on there. dunno how the heck it got on there but took awhile to get it off. i sprayed it with windex, let it soak, then just scrubbed it and used the edge of my finger to scratch as much as i could off. then i repeated the process, lol. i was afraid to use a razor cuz i didnt want to scratch the window. im sure there are removal products better than windex, but thats all i had tongue.gif

yep, a razor should work fine. it won't scratch unless you actually dig into the glass like John said. or you could use some gasoline on it. it'll come right off, but make sure you don't get any of it on the paint.
