I'm ready to switch to tuner after being a bolt on guy for way to long. I want a tunable EMS, but I don't have a lot of money. Basic tuning would be good. I'm shaving my head down to raise compression and I think I need something so my motor won't go haywire and maybe even lose power from it. I here a lot about SAFC2, but I'm not sure I want that. I'd have to get a wideband with it. I could get a Megasquirt, but I'm worried about not knowing enough for it. You guys on here know me, and a lot of you guys know more about this stuff than I do. Let me know what you think I should do, and what EMS systems you recomend. Oh yeah, money is an issue still. Thanks

E manage is pretty easy to use for beginners even and should give you control over anything you want.

nope, it will work on any engine, you just have to tell them if u are NA or boosted, and if boosted, how much boost you are going to run

as for megasquirt, count on spending about $500 for a complete setup, and it will be a full stand alone, works pretty damn good too.
