Now be nice guys, I know it's a beater...I'm just paying some respects here. After all, the thing did provide me transportation through the first two years of college in blistering heat on 45-degree inclines....hell, it even drove me across island during a tropical storm!

...I will take flak for my fleeting attempts at making the car look good...let's hear it for seat covers!!!

I have the same covers on my 1987 Celica GT but mi car looks 100 x worst.

I have to say for 1986 your car looks good, you took care of it, look clean.

I'll get pics of mine if I get it back for impound.

at least you keep your rust underneath, mine has rust all over the place. the previus owner ( my Cousin ) abandoned the car on his backyard for two years. then I got my license and needed a car so I got it for free.

...god I'd be too embarrassed to show pics of what the car looked like BEFORE I bondo'd & painted it and put those seat covers in...and re-carpeted, and replaced the doors, and and and...
