I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

Have you tried turning on a radio softly to static or running a fan for some monotonous background noise? Also, dark is good. Dark promotes melatonin production. You can get melatonin pills that can help you go to sleep too.

Excercise reguarly...but not right before bed! Aviod caffeine X2, and in the hour or so before you go to bed, try to tone down your atmosphere if possible. Dim the lights or turn off most of them, watch a TV show with the volume low, or listen to music turned down low. Read a car magazine or the articles in Playboy wink.gif lol...

...and most of all, try not to run through the days events or s*** you have to get done, just tell yourself "save that for tommorow..."

lolol i was just gonna start a topic like this. couldnt sleep at all the past few weeks. suffering from some sleep anxiety but i think i finally got into a routine...we'll see.

a few things i read on the internet one nite when i couldnt sleep, tongue.gif;

-try getting into a regular sleep schedule and never sleep in (past 8 hours). keep an average of 6-8 hours of sleep.

-set your alarm if you need to then turn your clock facing away from your bed so you dont see the time. this helps in reducing sleep anxiety.

-do NOT start taking sleep aids. keep it natural.

-relax yourself before you sleep...read, have a small snack, listen to soothing music.

-do not lay in bed if you cant sleep...get up and read or get a glass of water.

ive been following some of these steps and its actually working.

Yeah I'm not saying take pills everynight, once a month, on those nights you really can't get the shut eye you need.

If you want to change your nightly routine, then guess what, you gotta change your daily routine. I bet a 2 mile jog will put your ass to bed.
