omfug its still happening!

damn, i guessing its cause my body dont wana sleep too much. i get up at like 12 when i dont got skool and i dont got skool everyday.

so if i sleep at 10 i cant, so my body chills til its like 3 or something so that it gets average sleep and not overaverage.

You know you can sleep too much right??

Try staying on schedule so your body can adjust to a time.

That working out before bed doesnt make sense. I know it gets your endorphins running but i work out before bed about 4 days a week and i go home and 45 mins later im out. but of course im the weirdo at the gym yawning like 500 times during an hour work out.

Hm, I have this problem. I never ever sleep it seems. And when I do, I sleep for 12+ hours. It's awful. Tylenol PMs usually knock me out though.

schedule is your best bet, I would not get hooked on medacine, else your gana get dependent and have to use it to get sleep.

thing that works for me is to try not to think, like if you think about stuff your never gana fall asleep try to just lie there confortable and zone out as best as you can. I have trouble some times but I usualy get to bed at the same time every night and have to be up at the same time every day so I kinda got use to it.

also sleeping in a small bed is not helping.
