When you did the install did you have to cut a bushing in the front?? The directions mention cutting a bushing but I don't remember seeing anyone mention it before. TIA
*Edit* The directions specified 94-99 AT/ST200.....so is that for the ST model only, or for the GT also? This post has been edited by Fastbird: Aug 4, 2006 - 9:27 PM -------------------- |

Yeah I didn't cut anything when I installed mine.. just pulled them out.. took the shock out of the strut, put the new one in, put the bump stop and dust guards back in.. new spring and put it all in. SUPER easy.
Good luck! This may help.. its a write up my friend and I did on how to install the Tein S Techs on my car. http://www.qctuners.com/howtoLowerCar.htm -------------------- ~Daniel~ No Longer Celica Owner.. moved on to a 03 WRX-EJ207

I cut a bit off the bump stops all around. An inch, I believe. Have been driving with them for about 3 months now. But that's all i cut.

Ok, so it can go either way. I'll probably put it together without cutting, and then if I see the need to go lower remove and cut at a later point.
NICE writeup by the way. -------------------- |
