WTB/WTT: Celica in Colorado, Looking for a Celica in Colrado for around $3000 Options

Hey, I'm trying to find a Celica for sale/trade in Colorado. I'm looking to spend somewhere around $3000. HAS TO BE A MANUAL. I have a 95' Mazda MX-3 that I'd be willing to trade and maybe throw some cash in the mix as well. I am located in Boulder, but am willing to drive a ways if you have my Celica!! Thanks

-112,000 miles
-NO mechanical problems, just had the only one fixed
-Good interior
-has pw, pdl, alarm, keyless entry, p/trunk, a/c, p/sunroof (all newly installed)
-4 pioneer speakers, clarion deck
-front and rear upper strut bars
-B&M short shifter
-race pedal kit
-33mpg (35mpg if nice), $29 fills the tank (91 octane!!)
