Ok. back before i was even part of this forum, i made a newbie mistake......i ordered a part without first doing some research!
i ordered these disks from the U.S. believing that they would fit my car. luckily i only ordered the front pair. i tried to have them put on i was told that they won't fit due to the hole placements. then i later discovered that these disks are for the U.S. model Celi. i thought that something as basic as brake disks were pretty much universal. guess not. Sport Compact Only, rotora disks What do i do with them now? some suggestions were to have the holes filled and new holes redrilled for my car. my concern would be the structural integrity of the disks. other suggestions was to swap out the part that the disks bolt onto. or, i could sell them. they cost me about $300, with shipping. but we don't have U.S. model celi's here!! any suggestions? -------------------- "Remember, amateurs built the ark and professionals built the Titanic. All Celicas (US/EA/JDM) have the same Lug pattern 5x100 So they should fit over the lugs.
Maybe these disks are 5x114.3 pattern? -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!

???? you lost me. Why wouldn't the site mention anything about the measurements? Then again, i didn't actually see the mechanic try to put them on. he just told me (after he had already fitted new shocks to my car) that he tried and couldn't get it on. he even made me a cut-out of, what should be, the actual placement of the holes for my car. Thanks.

I bought a set that were for mine in the book, however the lug holes were incorrect. The 3rd set I got were the correct ones, Our explanation was that possibly if you have an early 6gen then possibly the factory had some older hubs kicking about and so used them instead.
mine is a 94 (M) GT Jap Import. |

I have the same (if M stands for Manual, that is) so that's probably what happened to me. i guess i better start looking around for some hubs. Thanks.

Thanks all, for the updated info (5x100). i'll have to keep that in mind for my next set.
QUOTE To answer your question: send em back I wish i could. the rotors cost me a good penny alone, not to mention the shipping, and customs. and then to ship them back? Nah. i'll have to see if they can be modified, or sold, most likely the later. -------------------- "Remember, amateurs built the ark and professionals built the Titanic.
