Has anyone had any repeat issues with a head gasket leak? I was told by Toyota today that it's leaking, but I know I replaced it roughly 6 months ago! Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

first off did your car run hot?
there can be a couple of reasons, either your head or block is warped your headbolts can be stretched, i always use a copper gasket sealer to seal my gaskets.

when you replaced it the first time, did you check the head and or block for warpage?

well, you need to make sure the 2 surfaces are truly flat, and smooth for the gasket to seal properly.
