Has anyone had any repeat issues with a head gasket leak? I was told by Toyota today that it's leaking, but I know I replaced it roughly 6 months ago! Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

first off did your car run hot?
there can be a couple of reasons, either your head or block is warped your headbolts can be stretched, i always use a copper gasket sealer to seal my gaskets. |

well, you need to make sure the 2 surfaces are truly flat, and smooth for the gasket to seal properly.

What is the actual problem?
Are they saying it's leaking in the cylinders or outside? -------------------- |
