So the cable that connects my speaker terminal to the actual spider/voice coil portion of the sub frayed and broke off.. subs still have correct resistance, etc etc so my question is what kinda wiring should i use when re-wiring the terminal back to the spider/voice coil? (the connection at that point is another connector style actually mounted to the underside of the cone..) i have normal speaker wire (soft metal type) so im curious if that would work ok or not.. the wire that was originally on there was braided so maybe thats something else i should take into consideration? and if it helps its an infinity ref sub, thanks to anyone that can help in advance
