okay...so i have my back end jacked up...got every bolt off EXCEPT the lower two bolts by the drums, ive put pentrant and all on them and they wont come loose at all...im sure a impact wrench would do the trick but i currently dont have access to one unless i buy it...is there some kind of lube i can use that will work better than most? is pb blaster good?

pb blaster is good, put a pipe on your wrench to gain some leverage, just try not to snap the bolt

drench it in pb blaster a few times, have a 3/4 wrench on one side, and a ratchet on the other, go to town

what size? i hope you didnt strip the bolts...if you did, run to sears and get the bolt-out kit, the big ones to fit a 18mm
http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?...UseBVCookie=Yes maybe the 17mm or 19mm one might work. since i dont see a 18mm one. This post has been edited by LewFX: Aug 18, 2006 - 3:08 PM -------------------- |
