My clutch has been slipping lately and I think it's finally about to die. I need a good replacement that will last me as long as the stock clutch (110k miles) and maybe give me a little more performance. Also... one that could handle getting driven hard at times and wouldn't break after moderate use. biggrin.gif I would also appreciate if you could provide approximate prices of the clutches and the places to buy.

PS- I have a 94 ST smile.gif

I just wish that they weren't so expensive to install, and that I had a lift so I could do it myself.

I was wondering if the clutch on this page would fit my 94 ST.. the 365+1221, which is the first one on the list. It says "Centerforce 1 Clutch Disc And Pressure Plate Upgrade (30% increase in holding capacity) - 7 AFE 1.8L Engine - from 9/93" so I was wondering if it came with everything needed to replace my stock clutch. The reason I'm asking is because im not positive and $250 is a lot of money for me to come up with... which I wouldn't want to go down the drain. I know the labor will be double that, but I have to buy the clutch first and then save up for the cost of the labor.

Sorry for posting so much but I need to be 110% positive ! biggrin.gif

That clutch will fit fine. However, I have a Centerforce - all it comes with is the two plates - you need to buy the alignment tool and throw out bearing separately - but in the long run it's worth it. Plus it'll only cost about $50 extra max (unless you get the bearing from the dealer - which I don't advise). The clutch itself rocks.
