 some weird shift noise |

it seems that sometimes when i put my car into drive it likes to make this pretty loud noise like it is engaging or something. anyone else? also, there is this noise that comes on like 5 - 10 seconds after i turn the car off that sounds like a fan and lasts for a second. I have ghosts
