i took my door panel off, only to see that there was 2 bare spots on the blue and white wires coming from my power door lock actuator. they accidentally touched, and i heard something click, just like the sound of a blown fuse. now my power door locks don't work. i check my fuse boxes and couldn't find anything.
i have the locks where you manually press one down, and they both go together. if anybody knows how to fix this i would appreciate it alot. This post has been edited by dan85204: Aug 13, 2006 - 10:42 AM |

hmm, i would think just a fuse if you crossed em, but i'm not sure if there is a fuse between there and the actuator controler. could have blown the controler but I doubt it. dose it do anything, like do you have keyless entry like the stock alarm, can you get it to do anything, or is it compleatly dead like only locks manualy?
