Hey, can someone tell me how to actually get the bolt off of our stock underdrive pulley. The pulley keeps turning with the way that I'm trying to get the bolt off. I finally got the belts off (That took alot of trial and error), but I know how to do that. Now, I've hit another barrier in this installation. The only thing that I think of now is that the bolt might be cross threaded and I would have to turn it to the right instead of left. Can someone please help. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Nope, you turn it to the right. What I used was some PB Liquid Catalyst (lube) and let that sit for a while, then used an impact wrench. This is pretty much the only way to do it for autos. I hear for manuals you can just put the car into gear and use a breaker bar, but I'd suggest getting an impact wrench. Don't know someone who has one? Rent it.

just make sure u have the right sized belts before u do this, cuz even with the belt tensioner screwed all the way in, your stock belts ain't gonna cut it. so buy those smaller belts before you start or else youll have a fun time tryin to get em w/o a car. i had to wait at the shop for like an extra hour cuz they didnt figure to get the belts in the morning, they actually put the stock belts back on and tightened the bolt... morons. either way, make sure you got all the stuff u need before and be careful w/ your sh!t. and yea impact wrench is pretty much the only way to go, unless you got forearms the size of tree trunks.

Nope, puller puller is for afterwards. You don't need it at all.

It's just for pulling the pulley off after the bolt is off. You really don't need it. Just a rubber mallet will do.
