I tried to clean my engine bay with some washing soap without success...it is very hard to remove even with intensive rubbing....ne1 knows a product to clean that?

try simple green or purple muscle. dilute it to 1/3 strength (2 parts water and 1 part cleanser). then spray it on generously and wait a bit. then hose it off, reapply and scrub where its needed.

also, orange degreaser works awesome. Cleaned my whole bay with that and a hose. Be very liberal.

The best stuff I've ever used [better than the above mentioned] was called Marine Clean.
