I don't know if you've talked about this before. I've been searching but I didn't find any topic.
How many miles/km do you have in your cars. Reading the forum I've seen many of you talking about more than 150.000 in your celicas. In Spain is difficult to sell a second hand car with more than 60.000 miles, and very difficult if it's got more than 90.000 miles. My Celica is a 95 GT 3SGE 175hp an it's got about 70.000 miles. Can you tell if you've had any problem with your cars?
On my ex 5SFE I did 90.000 miles and I had to open the engine once to fix some thing that I don't kow the word in english and repairing the gearbox another time. 4th gear is going and i believe the transmission is leaking fluid (I just changed the fluid about 3 weeks ago) |

My 94 SSII (3SGE) has 82000 & is perfect other than a slight grind going into 3rd gear which is common i hear.

150000 on a 1996 GT 5sfe, got the celica when i was 16 with only 30000 miles on it. running as smooth as the day i got it.

142,000 miles for me on the car, and probably 70-80,000 on the 4A-GE. My second gear synchro isn't in the best shape, but I rev match when downshifting and don't make the 1-2 shift very quickly anymore, so it shouldn't get much worse.
