I got new rims and tires that better match my CF hood, CF spoiler blocks, and CF fuel door. I also took my 5sfe head off and put on a 87 camry 3sfe head. The combustion chambers are a bit different so i wasnt sure of how it was going to run. Its kinda lopey like a v8 with a big cam. It runs really good and sounds kinda cool too.

cause the 5s head i had on there needed rebuilt. so i went with a 3sfe head, and the valves were adjusted, if youve ever had to adjust the valves on our celicas, its not fun. so i took the easyier way out.

I dunno if id go that far.

Nice car bro, very nice balance, i love the look of the white cars with dark rims. Im sure this will come with time, just the engine looks junky compared to the rest of the car. Id just try and clean it up a bit, make it look as simple yet badass as the rest of your car.

yeah we need to all meet up sometime in lincoln, ive talked to Matt about it and he w ants to do the same. the battery is now in the back seat. the box that my 2 jl 12w7s are in takes up almost the entire trunk. i also took out my back seats cause im goin custom all the way in the back. the engine will be all pimped out when i put my 2.0 stroker in it. funding is kinda low right now but it will all get done in time.

i have a 3sgte head. i just dont have everything for the swap yet. im in the process but funds are low. i got to get a few more things then im actually going to do a 2.0 stroker. basically what iceq23 is doing but ill use a 3s block. but i still might use the 2.2 block.

FWIW, it wouldn't be stroking in that case.......you'd be de-stroking by getting rid of .2 liters of displacement. And besides, at that point if you used a 3SGTE head and block, wouldn't it be just a 3SGTE? wink.gif

Thats not important though, what is important is that I've enjoyed seeing your car constantly evolve over the years and it continues to get cleaner and cleaner. Great job, keep it up. thumbsup.gif
