she's not that heavy if you look at it. The supra is technically heavier (sp). And yes I had a automatic, I fixed it up and sold it. Didn't really know the past of the car so I didn't really trust it. So now I have this one. It's 2 seater and nothing but a cream puff. The owner never let it outside and it has never seen rain. biggrin.gif I'm gonna keep her all performance, maybe have to respray some spots the original color but she's not a show car so you don't have to worry about me going extreme. As for working on the Z it's not that bad. Worked on a tt a while back and it was hard yes but not much different the any other car. biggrin.gif

Haha, yeah but the supra makes enough power to compensate for that weight. N/A 300z's, well... don't. It's a well known fact that those cars are heavy, but they can still be made to be AWESOME cars. I was at a car meet last saturday, and saw this one. Makes me really want one!

When i sold my old ST i was going to get a 2 seater NA 300 ZX. I was soo very close to signing my name and buying that car. They are heavy, but you dont really FEEL it in the 2 seater. And it sits so low to the ground bone stock that it sticks to the road nicely. I love all Z's.

nice buy. my buddy adam has a twinturbo 2+2 with the back seats removed from japan. stupidly fast car. just, hope you never think about turboing it or have to yank the motor. its sooooo freaking tight in there. all you need now is some vielside andrew racing rims, slam it and get some kouki tail lights off like a 97 or 99 and you will be set.

worked on both and didnt really have fun doing it. Everything takes so much time in doing anything. We actually had the motor out of that car in 3 hours .. I was suprised. But anyway... .those things are so heavy... Im not knocking your purchase or anything I meen there nice crusing cars but other than that if its not TT Theres not much of performance you can really do. The motor is huge and theres 4 cams... you would think it would be fast but nope...
