hi, i have a 96 celica gt. the rear parking brake shoes on my car are worn out and i cant seem to find the parts online. Does anyone know where i can buy them online, or is the dealership the only place i can get them. I kinda dont wanna get them from the dealership bc they're charging 130 for them.

any parts location should be able to provide you with one. Advance Auto, Napa, Autozone etc

no, the Dealership is the only place you can get e-brake pads and 130$ is not a bad price for them

If they're just worn out and you don't need any other hardware, find a place to re-shoe them for you. I got mine done for $36 total (9 for each shoe).

Beats the heck outta $130.

Or try an on-line seller, such as 1sttoyotaparts.com if you're in North America. Quite a discount compared to the dealer -- even though the website is operated by a dealership.
