anyone have experience with ebay coilovers?..are they any good? just curious. people keep saying they break or whatever but i've had my ebay springs for almost 3 years with my other car. no problems whatsoever...i dont want to get too expensive. im basically the only person who drives the celica. so there wont be much weight.
btw, dont tell me to get teins or dropzones or whatever. i just want someone with a feedback who has these on. -------------------- |

i drove a friend's celica which had some ebay coilovers installed. i feared for my life. the car swayed back and forth, and felt like it wasn't even stuck to the road.

the price should say it all.
they cost ~ 40 dollars Shipped on ebay, and from the manufacturer they cost ~ 23 dollars shipped. so the price should give you an idea of what you are getting. try to get some arospeed coilovers, I found the price to be ok and some people here have good feedback about them. -------------------- |

i personally wouldn't get them. its one thing to put a cheap item on your engine and have your car die in the middle of the freeway. but to put cheap coilovers and have your wheels fly off is something i'd worry about.

Do you think that Tein or Dropzone zone's are better cause they are about the same price...I have always heard good things about tein but I have not really heard anything about DZ
