Went to this concert last night and every band put on a great show. I had a blast. Protecting my girl from crowd surfers and mosh pits wasn't too fun but im not a small guy so I had no problem. Also the massive amount of weed smoked all around me was a little annoying. We were on the floor 10 feet from stage. It was great. If you havent heard one of these bands you should go download their music now. Hinder is my personal favorite.

i HATE how so much of alternative has gotten so whiney, ugh its so annoying. I liked hinder's blue jeans or w/e but everything else is so freaking whiney and complaining. im still pissed i missed the Tool concert last friday. -------------------- Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all No but I don't buy it Like anything you do, as anyone you are Cause I'm... No, I know who Buckcherry is. I have seen buckcherry before in concert. This was Buckstone Cherry. They arent very well known. They are the opening band for the concert. They were pretty decent.

QUOTE(zachattack15 @ Sep 25, 2006 - 11:09 AM) Went to this concert last night and every band put on a great show. Hinder is my personal favorite. saw 3dg (GREAT), Theory of a Dead Man (WOW) and Headley (young and crude but WTF...) with MY kid in Charlottetown this summer...what a blast. i know what you mean by protecting her from the surfers, my arms were sore for three days...some of them were fat f#$cks-- how they ever got launched i don't know. and i got to smack some dumb a$$ in the face with a solid elbow. he was hitting everyone in his reach (not mashing, just being a dikhed). i'm 44y.o. 5'11" and weigh in at 200+ so no one gave us grief and the kids accepted me as one of their own...someone even said i was too cool to even take her let alone stand 10 feet from the stage and rok with them. it was something i will never regret doing. i may never have the chance to do it again either, i feel privileged to have accompanied her. BTW purge your downloads 24 hours after listening to them...these people have to put food on the table too. -------------------- |

Yes they played Lips of an Angel. Its my ringtone on my phone and one of my favorite songs.
Three days grace was amazing. The chicks that were crowd surfing were all gorgeous for some reason. Kind of felt bad for them since it seemed every guy was getting to feel them up. Some chicks were surfing with their tops pulled up haha. I have all their cd's that I bought for full price at best buy so I support them. I also bought a few shirts at the concert. They also packed the house last night at 40 bucks a head. They are making some money lol. -------------------- |
