It has now been 21 days since I paid you for the HIDs and other than a PM on the 11th I have not heard from you. I consider this to be extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. It is only because I have successfully bought 2 other sets from you that I have not sought legal advise, yet. You need to get a hold of me within 48 hours with either the tracking number for the HIDs or a refund for the money I sent you or I will be contacting my lawyer. Jon chillax man... take a chill pill from what i have heard, he is out of state and not home all the time. And when he is, he's checking every single one of them to ensure they work. (also he is/was doing the radiator GB with vincient too). The first set was soaked in water by fedex so he renewed the order from taiwan. Package to taiwan takes around a week to get there, process, and they ship back to stevenson = 2 weeks + there... Then he personally checks them to see if they work fine (i'm guessing he has a lot to check) and he can only do that when he is at home and have time. Lastly, the shipping to your house from stevenson's house... say 3-5 days there... (don't forget the 6-8 days of the 1st shipment from taiwan too) total days roughly: 7(1st shipment)+7(return to taiwan)+7(deliver to stevenson)+3(check lights)+4(deliver to your house) = 28 or more > 21days I'm anxious to get mine too but you gotta wait. Jon Ok, I'll send you a refund right now, is that good enough ? everyone else is on the same boat, and even though I'm not proud of this situation, there is not much I can do, I'm extremely busy and I made that clear before you send me the payment, the kits are ready to ship, but since I'm moving the post office can't come and pick them up as they use to, I have to find time and go myself to the post office, None of this will happen, ever again, why ? because I'm not going to stop selling this kit and LEDs and any other project I'm working on. This thread will remain open until everyone received their kits, after that I'll ask the mods to lock it. all warranty will be valid just as usual. I'll post contact info on my last post, plus I'll be always on the forums anyways. I'll check with my lawyer to see if that's professional. Wow guys. Stevenson is a great guy. He does NOT deserve that kind of treatment. i mean read back a few posts. He is traveling between states, training people, this GB, plus ANOTHER ONE, is about to lose his job AND you STILL are being a dick to him. you know, **** happens. he is a SINGLE PERSON, not a company w/ as many ppl as they like. cut him some slack.
