i know of like 5 ppl, guess there may have been an issue in shipping them, either way culp is work hard on this - i noticed that when i received mine there were the 2 hid boxes inside a cardboard box, no padding, peanuts bubblewrap, the kit i put in my car was on the bottom & the one tht went into my cousins car was on top, both his work fine, and one of my ballast's was messed up

sorry didn't see this before

bi xenon is a high / low kit which is used on cars that have one bulb for both lights like the 5th gens celicas have one bulb that produce low and high beam.

so can we use these for both or no? I have someone interested in the 9004 bulbs I got, but I think his 2nd gen teggy uses one bulb for both highs and lows.

OK, guess I'll just wait till you can get around to doing an exchange. I don't think I'll find a buyer for these anytime soon.

The replacements are almost ready for shipping, the hold up is that I need to update the order with some parts that I didn't have when I placed the order.

some of you ( not all ) sent the defective parts with no info what so ever, some even shipped with different name and address than the one used on the paypal payment so there is no way I can make out who the part belongs to.

so PLZ EVERY even if you include the info put your

site nick name
defective part / parts shipped to me

so I can double check all the info before they ship anything, I really wanna avoid mistaken parts shipped that would need to be re-replace again
