does anyone know why my dasket unichip has a live wired through a switch and through a switch on the clutch pedal? thanks

Possibly. Some of the unichip ecu's have traction control built in. Maybe this was enabled? There are a heap of features on the unichip i am still learning about. eg. traction, intercooler sprayer, dual fuel maps, dual ingnition maps, 5th injector controller etc.
