i beleive its a center cap. you can just remove it or try to find a non branded cap for it somewhere.

Is that a 5X115? I can't tell from looking at it. The Honda H can be taken off with a dremial and a little paint. If you want to keep the look of it being chrome, just put a Toyota sticker on it. yeah, they wont fit, most honda's are 4x100 4x114.3 and 5x144.3
